4. Tracking & Delivery

5. Cross-Border Shipping & Duties
- Duties/Taxes: International customers are solely responsible for import duties, taxes, or customs fees.
- Customs Clearance: Ensure the recipient’s name and address match their government-issued ID. We are not liable for delays or returns due to incorrect information.
- Prohibited Items: We comply with Hong Kong’s Import and Export Ordinance (Cap. 60) and do not ship restricted items (e.g., counterfeits, hazardous goods).
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
- Claims Process: To report lost/damaged items, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with:
(a) Photos of the packaging
(b) Carrier’s damage report
(c) Order number and issue description - Liability: Under Hong Kong’s Sale of Goods Ordinance (Cap. 26), we cover only direct losses caused by our negligence, excluding indirect/consequential damages.
7. Returns & Exchanges
- Return Shipping Costs: For defective items, we cover local Hong Kong return fees (with proof of receipt). Other returns are buyer’s responsibility.
- International Returns: Use DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) labels for cross-border returns to avoid customs issues.
8. Environmental Commitment
We use 100% recyclable packaging in compliance with Hong Kong’s Product Eco-responsibility Ordinance.
9. Policy Updates
We reserve the right to revise this policy. Updates take effect 7 days after website posting. Significant changes (e.g., price adjustments) will be notified via email.
